With 6 year in property management and over 30 years experience in administration, HR services, food service management, elementary teaching, missionary work, Glori tackles the multifaceted aspects of property management with precision, excellence, and hospitality. She is supported by this franchise with over 30 years of experience. Glori is thrilled to create this franchaise’s legacy alongside her son, co-owner, Josiah.

Josiah, at the age of 35, is not your average homeowner. Purchasing his first property at 21 and successfully sold this initial investment, generating a significant profit that enabled him to build his permanent family home in beloved Northern Idaho. As our resident real estate agent, Josiah is responsible for overseeing employees and managing work shifts, ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
In other realms he is an avid researcher of finance, discovering new landscaping and handyman skills, and a disc golf enthusiast. His thirst for knowledge and developing a diverse array of skills makes him a resilient asset to our franchise.
